No experience necessary, men and women are welcome to attend, wear comfortable clothing, no partner needed, but bring a friend if you want and come ready to kick some butt!

Dance Dynamics offers aerobic kickboxing that will condition your body to the fullest by stretching and toning.  Perfecting precision kicking and punching that helps with coordination and balance.  Rather than kicking and punching the air with sloppy unfocused techniques, you will be able to punch and kick focus mitts along with the encouragement from a partner.  Working with focus mitts also adds the benefit of stress relief with actual contact.

Class will consist of stretching, warm-ups, aerobic kickboxing routines, toning and cool down.  In this class, we will properly teach you how to do the basic exercises to help prolong your body movement.  The simple things such as a push up or crunches can be done incorrectly and put strain on your body, if they are not continually done properly.

This type of exercise eliminates the need for a gym membership.  Kickboxing Aerobics covers all types of cardio, toning and flexibility along with the feeling of a personal trainer
without the cost of one.
